Shop Policies

Shipping & Tracking:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 weeks. This timeframe does not include shipping transit time. While I always do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible, please note that during product launches, made-to-order, and holiday seasons, processing may take the full stated timeframe.

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, tracking information will be provided. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.

Refund Policy:

I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged. Contact me through our email at luaclayco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue and include pictures if the item has been damaged.

I do not offer exchanges.
