Current processing time:
I aim to ship all orders within 2 business days, with the exception of product launch days. During launch days, please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. And for previous collections, please allow 5-7 business days, since those items are made-to-order.
*Take into consideration the typical transit time with USPS is 5-7 days First class and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, I can not guarantee these timeframes.
Orders over $50 receive Free Shipping for Domestic orders only.
Refund Policy:
I will gladly offer a refund only if the product has been damaged. Contact me through our email at luaclayco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue and include pictures if the item has been damaged.
I do not offer exchanges.
What if I have sensitive ears?
All of my earrings are made with either 18k or Hypoallergic hardware and are okay to use for people with sensitive ears.
How do I care for my Polymer Clay Earrings?
Store all your clay earrings in a cool area away from heat. You can lightly clean them with Acetone. DO NOT BEND the earrings. The clay used on your earrings is good quality, but still, they are delicate and can be damaged.
Are the earrings lightweight?
Yes, they are very lightweight!
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I love custom orders, you can reach out to me via DM or via Contact Form through my website.
What if my package is lost?
Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
Please contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later. Unfortunately, at that point, it is out of my control.
